Industrial Automation and Instrumentation

Industrial and building automation systems are rapidly digitizing, bringing together sensing, connectivity and analytics to improve energy efficiency, unlock critical insights and enable personalized results. Demonstrations will cover solutions such as advanced intelligent motion control, asset health monitoring, seamlessly connected intelligent edge devices, and efficient power management, vividly demonstrating the active role of ADI technology in building a more sustainable industrial future. Examples include: communications technology to unlock the intelligent edge in digital factories, advanced optical inspection technology for precise control of robots, and integrated systems for smart building automation.


ADI’s technology is helping car companies improve the car cockpit environment through audio, voice, Ethernet and display solutions, as well as advanced battery solutions for electric vehicles. With the help of ADI technology, the automotive industry can provide customers with a more immersive and personalized cockpit experience. Automotive demos include comprehensive battery management system for Li-ion battery energy storage, ADI LISTN™ platform for simultaneous use of two independent voice assistants inside the cockpit, and Gigabit Multimedia Serial Link (GMSL)-based SerDes solution that will lay the foundation for automotive OEMs to deploy high-resolution sensors in software-defined vehicles in the future.

Keynote demonstrations include a contactless health monitoring system, the industry’s first vital signs monitoring module placed on or inside a patient’s mattress or pillow, and an exercise bike equipped with a low-cost power meter that also supports activity tracking wristbands ADI biometric sensor platform). Also featured in the demo will be ADI’s Health Sensor Platform 4.0, an open-source reference design for a chest patch that provides 24/7 vital sign monitoring.

Consumer Electronics and Communications
