1. Conclusion of a Contract
By placing an order, you are making a binding offer to purchase a product and are concluding an agreement (PI or Email confirmation) with us. By sending an order confirmation by e-mail to you, or delivering the goods ordered, we can accept this offer. A purchase agreement exists, however, only upon the delivery of our e-mail order confirmation to you or with the delivery of the goods ordered.
2. Retention of Ownership
The delivered goods remain our property until your full payment.
3. Prices & Return of Goods
All prices offered are FOB prices. CIF and other prices are also available. Should you exercise your right of cancellation before production of your order, we will return your payment (except bank transaction fee). Should you exercise your right of cancellation after production of your order, you shall bear the regular costs for the production of your order.
Should you exercise your right of cancellation after the delivery of the goods ordered to you, there are 2 conditions. If you do not need the goods from your side, we do not accept the return of goods. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Notice: For the specified cases in warranty 6, a fee-based repair can be implemented.
4. Terms of Delivery
If the goods are in stock, we dispatch them within 3 business days after receipt of payment. If the goods are customized, you will receive via e-mail, notification of the expected delivery date.
5. Terms of Payment
Payment is available through TT, Credit card, L/C, Pingpong, X-Transfer, Paypal and other payments. We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods. If you choose to pay in advance, we will provide the bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount is to be paid within 7 days to our account. A lien can only be exercised if the claim results from the same contractual relationship.
The warranty (free repair) of our products within the valid warranty period will be implemented from the date of purchase. As for warranty, please show out warranty certificate and purchase receipt.
The warranty certificate will not be reissued if lost. Please keep it properly. Thewarranty clauses are only applicable to personal use, instead of commercial use.
From the date of purchase within the following period, the warranty is provided in the case of product broken-down in normal use.
Ⅰ. Our products is free of repair within warranty period (including the main components of the motor/circuit board/switch), excluding filters and accessories;
Ⅱ. Other unspecified items shall be implemented according to national standards;
Ⅲ. Accessories (filters, manuals, etc.) are provided for a fee.
In one of the following cases, even within the warranty period, it cannot be treated as a warranty. A fee-based repair can be implemented:
Ⅰ. Damages caused by failing to use, maintain or protect the product in accordance with the requirements of manual.
Ⅱ. Damages caused by improper operation, abnormal power supply, or damage (such as falling, etc)
Ⅲ. Damages caused by personal dismantling, not recognized by our company.
Ⅳ. Failure to show out warranty certificate and valid purchase receipt.
Ⅴ. The information on the warranty certificate does not match the product.
Ⅵ. Damage caused by force majeure factors (such as lightning, earthquake, fire, flood, etc).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to show us your receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us via email@example.com.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
